I've just moved into my new property that Martin & Co have been able to set me up with. No fault of their own I'll be living on the top floor of a 6 floor flat. The lift was meant to be fixed but is managed by the council. Now to say I was annoyed that on my moving day this still hasn't been fixed would of been putting it mildly. Joe Beer very kindly volunteerly gave up most of his morning/ afternoon to help me move my stuff. Never in my 10+ years has a letting agency ever done this despite there being nothing they could do from their end. I'm moved in now and had to get a little extra hired help but it could of been a lot worse without his help. Jarrod Palmer also was very friendly and helpful with communicating with my new landlord and I'm sure everything will be resolved very soon. Can't leave out Molly Wickson either for assisting with my processing of my application as it went smoothly and I was kept informed every step of the way as I should of been. Very hard to find good letting agents these days but I wouldn't be put off using Martin & Co Brighton and Hove. Thanks guys!
I have used many estate agents in Sussex due to renovating and then letting properties around the county and I can honestly say that Martin & Co, especially the Hove Western Road branch go above and beyond. The young girl on the front desk I believe who is called Molly, is always extremely helpful whenever I have any queries, big or small. I understand it is part of her role to be friendly but I always feel that she genuinely cares about mine and my tenants issues and is extremely efficient. Although I sometimes have to use different letting agents due to locations and other unavoidable factors, I use Martin & Co wherever possible.

Thinking of relocating called this estate agents up, they are relatively new but very friendly and overly helpful not only to potentially find something if it becomes available but also willing to pass details onto private or other landlords or anything that could fit the match which ofc is above and beyond most estate agents these days as they gain nothing from it so big thumbs up for me very helpful highly recommend

Up until this house purchase, I always thought I wouldn't bother using an agent when I sold a house, but Maslen have really shown me the benefit of having one! Paula in particular has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process, maintaining regular and excellent contact (even with me being a little needy for regular updates!), pushing the chain to hurry things along and ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on-time. Maslen were not even my estate agent (I am the buyer) but they have been fantastic and I will definitely be coming to them when I sell my home. We've exchanged and fingers crossed for completion next week but I've got good faith thanks to Paula :)

I can honestly say Winkworth Hove have been our lifeline for our tenancy. We had a wealth of issues with the flat which were dealt with quickly, without question or contestation. Sarah and Toby have helped with everything from issues with contractors (who they no longer work with, don't worry!) to replacing appliances within 24 hours when they break down! If you're considering a move there's nothing they can't deal with, and they're always happy when they pick up the phone, something very rare in this industry :) Special thanks to Sarah for being clearly supportive and going outoof her way to help, best letting agents I've ever dealt with.

Fantastic service as usual. Drew heads up a great team of enthusiastic, motivated and courteous staff in Hove. Beats all the agents hands-down and I’ve tried them all! A few tricky transactions with a few nervous first time buyers but all completed successfully and everyone is happy. Well done you Fox’s of Hove, good work!
We recently bought our first property through Fox and Sons in Hove with the whole team being very helpful throughout. We dealt with Alan on the mortgage side, who was very informative and kept us up to date on a regular basis. Alan was often available to answer any questions we had regarding the mortgage. Drew was very pro active in progressing the purchase through to exchange/ completion for us. He made sure we were able to hit the timescales that we were aiming to move. All in all, I would definitely use Fox & Sons in the future and highly recommend them. The whole team went above and beyond to make the process run smoothly.
